We  arrived Mughal Sarai railway station at 02h15, we checked in at hotel . Early morning vist Boating in the ganga river and sighting Ramnagar Fort , Many Temple and old heritage property .

Next day  after breakfast at 08h00, we left for Holy town of Bodhgaya. Due to bad road condition, it took 45 minutes to exit Varansi and approach main highway to Bodhgaya. Road to Bodhgaya is a four lane highway. During the drive, clients can break journey at Sasaram (Mid-point) to visit Sher Shah Suri tomb and later continue to drive for Bodhgaya.

It takes 5 to 6 hrs of drive time to reach Bbodhgaya fromVaransi.

Next  we left at 08h00 to visit International Shanti Stupa at Rajgir and ruins at Nalanda.At 11h30, we arrived at Rajgir and visited International Shanti Stupa. The stupa is located at a hilltop and can be reached by cable car or once do hiking of 45 minutes to reach stupa. Cable car is the most convenient way to reach stupa and the authorities charge INR 60 per person. From stupa, one gets great view of Rajgir and is also one of the important pilgrimage center.

Later we continued for Nalanda and arrived at 13h30. Ruins at Nalanda are best kept and maintained by ASI. There are no good local monuments available at Nalanda and Rajgir. It is recommended that accompanying guide should be provided for the sector Bodhgaya – Rajgir – Nalanda.

Following visit of ruins, we continued for Patna. State highway to Patna is narrow and takes 3 hours of drive time. Highway leading to Patna city is under construction and it takes 30 to 45 minutes to enter city

Patna city diplomatic area houses many buildings from the British Raj era; Women College, high court and minister’s bungalows. City administration is planning a new museum that will be one of the biggest in the eastern India region. And latest addition to Patna is the Buddha Smriti Van, that houses relics of Lord Buddha and are kept in big pot. This is open to public from morning 10Am to evening 05PM.
